STRATA module — Inspections

A plant is a group of assets, inspected as one.

One pre-shift inspection composes a section per child asset and computes the worst-case result for the assembly. Meters write back, defects open themselves, and the daily workplace exam lives on the same record.

ASSET-HIERARCHY INSPECTIONS

One inspection for the whole line. The worst answer rolls up.

Motor, screen, cyclone, pump — one section each, one computed result for the line. Return-to-service gates hold until a passing re-inspection and a task-trained inspector sign off.

Templates

Inspection compositions are defined once in the template library and enforced at every site — by the system, not by memo.

Workflows

A failed answer routes itself: defect opened, severity set, supervisor notified, work order drafted.
