The continuous record
Every piece of equipment in STRATA carries a permanent record: inspections, defects, work orders, parts, fluids, manuals, meter hours. The wash line is a hierarchy of those assets, and one pre-shift inspection covers the whole group.
Built for mobile plants: when equipment relocates, the record travels with the asset — Conveyor 2 arrived at Plant 12 with 214 inspections, 48 work orders, and every meter reading intact.
The same continuity spans every module. One record, one audit trail — from the first pre-shift inspection to the period close.
The owner, the safety officer, and the loader operator open the same system and see their own operation. Same data, no re-keying, no stale copies.
A pre-shift inspection composes a section per child asset — motor, screen, cyclone, pump — and computes the worst-case result for the assembly. The daily §56.18002 workplace exam lives on the same record.

Permissions aren’t hidden buttons — rows and columns are enforced below the application. VIEW AS shows an admin exactly what any role sees, with writes disabled.
