Every part of the operation, in one system.

Eighteen modules, one record. The screens below are STRATA running live across a multi-plant operation — the executive view over every site, and the working screens underneath it.

The continuous record

A plant is a group of assets — inspected as one.

Every piece of equipment in STRATA carries a permanent record: inspections, defects, work orders, parts, fluids, manuals, meter hours. The wash line is a hierarchy of those assets, and one pre-shift inspection covers the whole group.

Built for mobile plants: when equipment relocates, the record travels with the asset — Conveyor 2 arrived at Plant 12 with 214 inspections, 48 work orders, and every meter reading intact.

One continuous record for the whole operation.

The same continuity spans every module. One record, one audit trail — from the first pre-shift inspection to the period close.

01 · DASHBOARDS

Ten role dashboards, one source of truth.

The owner, the safety officer, and the loader operator open the same system and see their own operation. Same data, no re-keying, no stale copies.

  • KPI strip tuned per role
  • What’s broken, before what’s fine
  • Weather and MSHA exposure on the front page
02 · EQUIPMENT & WORKPLACE INSPECTIONS

One inspection for the whole line. The worst answer rolls up.

A pre-shift inspection composes a section per child asset — motor, screen, cyclone, pump — and computes the worst-case result for the assembly. The daily §56.18002 workplace exam lives on the same record.

  • Section-group per child asset
  • Meter readings write back to the asset
  • Return-to-service gates with §46.7 task-training checks

03 · ASSETS & MAINTENANCE

One continuous record per piece of equipment.

Meters with provenance, open defects, due items, and the full history — and when the asset moves between plants, all of it moves too.

  • Asset tree with component hierarchy
  • Due items roll up to the plant
  • The record travels between plants

04 · PARTS & FLUIDS

Critical stock and tank levels at a glance.

Items below minimum are pinned to the top, and every tank level carries its source and freshness — telemetry or a manual dip, and when.

  • Below-min items pinned
  • Tank levels with source + freshness
  • Deliveries tied to purchase orders
05 · MSHA & SAFETY

The binder, current and defensible.

7000-1s, 7000-2s, workplace exams, and training records in one place — with citation chips that open the rule on eCFR, so the record defends itself.

  • Citation-is-interface — clickable §CFR chips
  • Compliance calendar with due dates
  • Task-training gates shown with the rule
06 · WEATHER & LIGHTNING

Per-site radar, and a policy engine that acts on it.

When a strike lands inside the ring, STRATA suspends outdoor work, notifies the crew, and logs the window — then sounds the all-clear when it holds.

  • Radar with range rings and strike markers
  • Auto-suspend policy per site
  • Lightning log on the record
07 · PRODUCTION TRACKING

Pace against plan, from the shift log up.

Intraday pace, availability and downtime, yield against configured — built from a shift log that several people write to at once.

  • Intraday pace vs plan
  • 7-day production stacked by plant
  • Shift handoff with open items
08 · BAG PLANT & SCALE

Lines, orders, consumables, dock.

Five tabs run the bag plant — line entries by shift, order backlog against capacity, pallet and bag stock, and the dock schedule.

  • Shift entries by line
  • Backlog vs weekly capacity
  • Dock appointments with carrier check-in
09 · MATERIALS & ACCOUNTING

A dry-tons ledger that closes the period.

Opening, produced, shipped, adjusted, closing — per product, with variance bands. STRATA drafts the journal entries and walks the close; your accounting system stays the ledger of record.

  • Mass balance with variance bands
  • Draft journal entries for export
  • Period-close checklist with controller sign-off
10 · FEED PLANNING & YIELD

Days of feed, plant-to-plant transfers, no waste.

Feed on hand and days of feed per site, yield split against plan, storage units with hard stops — and the transfers that keep every plant fed.

  • Storage levels with full / hard-stop states
  • Plant-to-plant transfers at internal ASP
  • Yield drift against configured plan
11 · WORKFORCE, TIME & KIOSKS

The kiosk is the field tool.

Geofenced clock-in with a PIN, end-of-shift questions as large tappable answers, and contractor check-in with §46.11 site-specific hazard training and a signed badge.

  • Time clock — PIN, geofence, EN/ES
  • End-of-shift questions feed safety records
  • Visitor kiosk — training, signature, photo, QR badge
  • Compatible with iOS and Android tablets and phones
13 · ROLES & VIEW AS

Fourteen roles, enforced in the data layer.

Permissions aren’t hidden buttons — rows and columns are enforced below the application. VIEW AS shows an admin exactly what any role sees, with writes disabled.

  • Per-role module matrix
  • Per-user flags and column security
